The tennis facilities are for use by Providence Corners Homeowners Association members who have paid their HOA Current Year's Annual Assessment and their guests. Providence Corners residents who are not members of the HOA or members who have not paid their Current Year's Annual Assessment MAY NOT be guests.
PCHA Tennis Court Rules
1. The tennis courts are for use year round by Providence Corners Homeowners Association members who have paid their current year's annual assessment, their accompanying guests, and approved teams consistent with the tennis rules provided below. Providence Corners residents who are not members of the Homeowners Association or who have not paid their current year's annual assessment MAY NOT be guests or play on a Providence Corners tennis team.
2. The tennis courts are open from dawn until dusk. After hours loitering is not allowed on the courts or surrounding areas.
3. Please become familiar with and utilize the tennis court reservation sign-up sheet which is posted at the tennis courts.
4. Please help us keep our common areas beautiful by cleaning up your court and sitting area after use.
5. Strollers, wagons, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and other ride‐on toys and vehicles can damage the tennis court surfacing, and are therefore not permitted on the courts.
Tennis Court Rules
1. Tennis court use by Providence Corners residents who are not HOA members or who have not paid their current year's annual assessment is prohibited, as is playing on Providence Corners tennis teams.
2. Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance by using the tennis court reservation sign-up sheet.
3. At least 1 player per court must be a Providence Corners HOA member.
4. Court play is limited to 1 hour maximum for singles and 1‐1/2 hours maximum for doubles if others are waiting.
5. If the last ones to leave the courts, players should insure that both the front and back gates are locked. (If needed, instructions regarding setting and locking the locks are beside the front gate.)
6. Players who disrespect the facilities may be denied use.
Tennis Teams
1. The captain or co‐captain of any Providence Corners tennis team must be a Providence Corners HOA member.
2. Providence Corners HOA members have first option to play on all neighborhood tennis teams suitable for the membersʹ level of play.
3. Providence Corners tennis team matches (and make‐ups) have priority over all other tennis court use.
4. Non‐resident teammates on Providence Corners tennis teams must pay $20.00 per season to the Homeowners Association in addition to any organizational membership fees.
5. Following matches, if the courts are no longer is use, the team captain or co‐captain is irresponsible for ensuring that both the front and back gates are locked.
6. If the pool house heater has been reset before or during matches, the team captain or co‐captain is irresponsible for ensuring that it is returned to its previous setting.
